本來我只是去買了一個皮套 .

回到家, 螢幕就出現狀況 .

看起來像是沾到墨水一樣, 有一塊黑色的東西擋在螢幕上

其他功能都正常 .

詢問 NOVA的店家只能到日本送修

但因為我的機器是在日本買的,

不是透過代買 (也絕對過保了)

所以除非買一台新的 (但不划算) 

就只能自己去跟 CASIO 交涉了。

但我不可能用破日文去交涉, 只好用破英文 .

I have bougnt the XD-B9800 for 2 years.
and recently the LCD screen looks broken.
 (some region shows black like ink, but all other functions works well as usual)
 I am a Taiwanese, but there is no repair store in TW,
 Could you let me send my dictionary to Japan and get repaired?
 I would set it to CASIO company, and the repair fee and ship fee to TW will
pay on my credit card.
Thank you. (If I cant do that, could you give me some advice, thank you)

後來我去旅行了一段時間,等到回到台北後我又認真處理這件事
依照信件的指示匯款到CASIO公司

I have finished paying 13500 yen to your bank account for my repair fee for XD-B9800 on May 20, 2014.
 Please pay attention to it in 2 working days.
